What is "Campaign Cowboys?"
Who is it for? What will it accomplish? Is success ever certain?

I am not sure why, but I think this casual format is something more fitting for something represented by the wild imagery of a Cowboy. So here we go.
Very quickly about me — my name is Gosha. I barely squeezed through high school and dropped out of university after the first semester. I went to work, I got promoted, I made things happen and in that time I got to sell, produce, and direct projects for: KFC, Generali Global, Google Creative Lab, Sherwin-Williams, Pernod Ricard and dozens of other billion dollar companies.
Now, I am a creative director. A job that no one really has a guide for… you are thrown into the wild west of the creative market, having to fight off product-focused demands of uncreative clients but also manage to put something out for the creative souls in your audience.
But it’s all about figuring it out, taking 10% of the time to listen and learn, and the rest of the time you are fighting the battle. That’s exactly what this community is about. Fighting the battle, scaling the insights gained, and going to the next bout 50x or 100x stronger. Before we go any further, Campaign Cowboys starts at $97/month — if you want more details on the price, take a look at the video below.
The plan dies. The campaign adapts.

I can start posting reels twice a day for 30 days and win 500 followers. Or I can post alongside someone who wins 500 followers in the first 5 days… I can pick up on the difference and pivot my game-plan to speed up my results.
I could also post a hard-effort long form video with a shitty thumbnail. And instead of suffering the reality of a poor performing thumbnail, I can test it with a social media first audience and get A+ grade feedback in real time before any launch.
Guess who wins?
We all do.
I sat at 300 subs, and then I started experimenting with friends on new formats. A few videos later I was growing at 5x the rate. I still have the vlog up from when I made the shift to experimentation based growth.
